INGREDIENTS:

Eggs
Mayonnaise
Salt
Chili Pepper
Scallions
Garlic Powder
Onion Powder
Vinegar

PREPARATIONS:

To a pot filled with water, add eggs.
Once water begins to boil, turn off the burner, cover the pot and let the eggs sit for 15 minutes on the burner.
Next place the eggs in ice cold water, then crack the shells.
Slice the eggs in half and remove the yolk from the eggs and place the yolks in a bowl.
Mash the egg yolks with a fork.
To the egg yolks add mayonnaise, half a teaspoon of salt, 1 teaspoon of garlic powder, 1 teaspoon of onion powder, 1 teaspoon of chili pepper, and 1 tablespoon of vinegar.
Mix.
Put mixture into piping bag tool.
Pipe the yolk mix into egg whites.

Garnish:
Garnish with chili pepper and green onions.
